You may try to switch your current Outlook for mac version by Turn on/off New Outlook for Mac button (available at the top right side of the screen) and check. i have spoken with Mac team since it is Office 365 they are not able to support me much they want me to use their mail exchange but i don't want to change from microsft 365 to mail exchange i have 9 email.
All mails successfully transferred to new mack but when i do a search for a mail it returns 'no mails found'.
